A Building Review Request and Approval is required for any new, changed or replaced building and out-building features (including driveways and patios) that are on the outside and visible from neighbors or the street. Most projects require county permits and plans. Provide a copy of any plans to Pinebrook for review.The plans will be returned to you along with any questions and/or project approval.
Any live (not dead or diseased) tree greater than 10” in diameter requires Pinebrook approval. Mark the trees to be removed on your property. In your description below provide the number of trees and the mark on the tree(s) used for identification. Include the reason for removing the tree(s). If the trees are removed by a logger in lumber length logs, than the state requires special permits and a special process. The Pinebrook website under HOA Legal Documents and then under Policies and Procedures #26 & #27 explains this situation and process.
